Professor WONG Kui Hung

This course introduces contemporary study and practice of public administration, and the
characteristics and roles of public bureaucracy in various types of administrative systems. Students will also learn to analyze some issues such as codes of conduct for civil servants, budgetary politics and redress of administrative grievances.
