Description:

This course will situate China, a rising major power, in an international context and analyze its evolving relations with the outside world. It will focus on China's relations with other major actors in global and regional politics, including Taiwan, the United States, the Soviet Union/Russia, Asian neighbouring states, Europe and Africa.
