This course aims to introduce to students the regulations and practice of meetings. Topics include: the convention, constitution and conduct of meetings, the agenda, notices, quorum, motions and amendments, procedural motions, voting, adjournments and minutes. Types of meetings include: public meetings, company meetings and legislative meetings.
